What is the difference between these and the 36-277292 rear springs? I have an ‘05 mk3 Mondeo Estate 2.2 Tdci.

What is the difference between these and the 36-277292 rear springs? I have an ‘05 mk3 Mondeo Estate ST 2.2 Tdci 6 speed manual and it’s listed for both these springs but I can’t see what’s the difference is.
