Are these mono tube or twin tube Bilstein Front Left B4 Gas Shock Absorber - 22-238269

I have a bmw f30 335d x drive registered late 2015, are the b4 dampers available in mono tube for my car? As the ones I've seen say twin tube and have less damping.
