The c4s was different in ride height and damper from original so how is the b4 OE for both standard and c4s Rear Bilstein B6 - Sport Shock Absorber - 24-068116

Is b6 and b4 dimensions the same. I want the standard spring for c4s not to rattle when the car is jacked up. If the b6 is shorter than b4 or just more fir. But the same length
